This role is responsible for ensuring events run smoothly from setup through service, while maintaining the high-energy, guest-focused experience that defines the Lady Shuckers brand. The Event Team Lead will manage event staff, coordinate logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact during activations such as raw bars, roaming shucker service, Learn to Shuck classes, and oyster ice luge installations.
