Part of the life cycle of businesses working out of Fork Food Lab is that many of them move onto their own space, change course, or decide that the food biz isn’t for them, after all! This is part of the beauty of Fork’s model: folks can get their feet wet, learn, and grow, all before investing into any long-term leases or spaces.
