For Fork’s 1-year anniversary, we want to celebrate all of the amazing makers who have contributed to the success of our space (some since the very beginning!). We’re opening Fork up to the public to showcase both our mobile members and our packaged goods producers, all of whom have been working hard to grow their businesses and make the Portland food economy robust and diverse. You'll be able to see the kitchen, meet the makers, and experience the products and menu items that make Fork's members so unique.
We’ll have food trucks like The Highroller Lobster Co., Farm To Coast Mobile Kitchen, Eaux, The Marshmallow Cart, Urban Sugar Donuts,and more in our parking lot. They're pulling out all the stops with this one: Surf & Turf from Highroller, Suckling Pigs from Farm to Coast, and other special flavors and menu items to commemorate the evening. Inside, you’ll find favorite companies such as Cape Whoopies, Maine's Gourmet Whoopie Pie, Plucked Fresh Salsa, Joyful Spirit, Renee by the Bay,Rocket Fuel High-Test Coffee Milk, Steindry, Mill Cove Baking Co., The Parlor Ice Cream Co., and many more. We'll even have a live cooking competition with Fyood Kitchen!
