On February 7th, Fork Food Lab will be holding its first Member Showcase. Tables will be set up throughout the kitchen where you can try some of Portland's newest food products. This is an opportunity to meet the food producers, tour the facility, as well as network with other industry professional. The event will start at 3:30 pm and end at 6:00 pm. There is no cost for admission and beer and wine will be complimentary. You must be a grocer, retailer, distributor, broker or other type of food service professional to attend. This event is not open to the general public.
